best apartment I've lived in!
We moved into Asbury Plaza earlier this year, and absolutely love it! The property manager and maintenance man are incredibly kind, understanding, and pleasure to work with! Love them both! Zero complaints about anything here! Glad to call this home!

Excelente!!
10-Stars Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, Property management exceeds all expectations, but Rosa really needs team work she needs an assistant property manager ASAP!! I'm a very new tenant, only a week+. So far, everything is just fine with me. After touring a number of apartment developments, and being lied to by all of them, it was such a pleasure with Rosa. I like the retro look of the buildings, and my 1 Bed apartment is just the right size for me, and I appreciate the generous storage areas. I like this neighborhood, moved here from Englewood. All of the neighbors I've met here have been friendly, considerate, welcoming and no crazy folks so far. Can't say enough nice about Rosa, she is very friendly, competent, and seems to work very hard. Kudos for hiring her.

The new manager is very helpful. She is always on time.Treat my kids nice and say hi to them. All the residents like her.

I recently moved to Asbury Plaza a month ago and I am very pleased with the management there. The staff is very attentive to your needs. It is in a great neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly. They have a cleaning crew that comes twice a week to clean the building which is very impressive.
